Mary Lyn enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children at their primary residence on Flathead Lake in Montana, where she grew up. She also enjoys skiing, hiking in the mountains, dancing to Latin, ballroom or country music, and spin class.
Sara Dimaano
Executive Vice President of Operations
Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and six children, playing Legos, reading, taxi driving, car shows, a full night sleep and Saturday night at the racetrack. She rarely stops thinking and, for some strange reason, is quite effective at creative thinking.
Angie Roper
Director of Human Resources
When Angie isn't balancing employee relations, benefits, and payroll, she enjoys traveling, watching movies, reading, and enjoying life with her husband of almost 5 years.
Cindy Carlen
Director of Sales
Cindy has two adult children, a son, Jarrett, and a daughter, Brittne. She spends her personal time enjoying her family, two maltese (Brutus and Caesar), golf and travel.
Don Dimaano
IT Manager
Don enjoys spending time with his wife and six kids. Their family outings are a circus in themselves and vary from trips to the park for "the little boys" to karaoke night for Don, the big boy.

Clay was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. He graduated from High School in 2006. Throughout his time living in Tucson, he devoted a lot of his time to his music.
Michael "RJ" Groves
Manager of Customer Service Representatives
RJ was born in California and moved to Arizona in 1980. He lives in Mesa with his girlfriend, Christina, and his two step-children, Taylor and Jordan, who also works at Champion.
Cheryl Kesson
Client Relations Manager
Cheryl grew up in Connecticut and studied fashion design and merchandising. She worked for over 10 years in retail management and sales before moving to Arizona in 2002.
Rowie Martin
Support Services Manager
Rowie is married with two kids. She enjoys traveling and decorating, and actively participates in coordinating and planning activities both inside and outside of work. She is well known for her parties and her antics!
Diana Mateer
Compliance Specialist
Diana and her husband, Phil, have two amazing children who still live in Arizona, and two dogs and three cats who still live at home with "mom and dad!" Everyone in the family is an avid sports fan.

Jim was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was first afflicted by a lifelong devotion to the wildly unsuccessful professional sports teams there.
Nathan Truzzolino

Nathan Truzzolino was born and raised in Butte, Montana. Nathan is engaged to his beautiful fiancée Ashley and is a proud owner of a yellow Labrador retriever. Nathan loves sports, comic books, movies and aspires to learn everything he can about everything.
Jeff Zuchowski
Data Manager
Jeff is a huge sports fan, especially football and basketball. Before physical limitations made it difficult, he loved to run, golf and play basketball. He enjoyed volunteering for over ten years at a shelter for abused and abandoned children.
