Preparatory Courses of Study Are NOT Gainful Employment Programs
ED has issued clarification on preparatory courses of study which are prerequisites required for admission to other degree or certificate programs. Regardless of whether the preparatory course of study leads to its own certificate or is simply a group of courses, the preparatory course of study is NOT considered a Gainful Employment program.
